1.Goldrush Reward Programme is a tiered loyalty programme (“The Programme”) that is exclusive to all Goldrush Gaming Group of Companies licensed Bingo entities only (“Goldrush”). View the complete list of participating Goldrush Gaming Group licensed operations.

2.Goldrush Reward Programme members must be at least 18 years old. Excluded persons (i.e. self-excluded, or any other category of excluded person), juristic persons and persons refused access (behavioural issues) are prohibited from participation in Goldrush Rewards Programme. The afore-going persons shall forfeit any Benefit accrued to them if discovered that they fall foul of any of the elements within this clause.

3.Official identification and address verification documentation is required to join the programme. Copies of identification document and other acceptable forms of address verification information will be retained by Goldrush and may be reviewed annually.

4.Goldrush Reward Programme membership is FREE and limited to one per person. The membership, and non-cashable points, rewards, offer or any other benefit (“the Benefits”) accruing to members are not transferable, and may not be sold or cashed-out, unless otherwise advertised. A complete list of Benefits, which are subject to amendments without notification, is available at here.

5.Benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other Goldrush discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise advertised. In addition, accommodation offers and discounts are subject to availability and the furnishing of mandatory personal information.

6.The prevailing discounts are based on the valid Tier status. Furthermore, Programme discounts do not apply in conjunction with other rewards or discounts offered by a branch or third party agent providing a promotional service of behalf of another Goldrush Group of Companies’ entity or on behalf of the said branch, unless otherwise advertised.

7.Programme members must always be physically present to utilise any Benefit and they will be required to present their valid and active Goldrush Reward Programme card.

8.Recognised activities within the various elements of the Programme are required to earn non-cashable Points (“Points”) which are earned in line with pre-determined points-earning criteria and at rate(s) at which Points are earned (“Points Earning Criteria”). Points Earning Criteria are subject to amendments from time to time without prior notification.

9.Points Earning Criteria may only be achieved by members by utilising their Goldrush Reward Programme cards or membership (as the case may be) during gaming activities. Accrual of Points during gaming activities is made by estimations of average bets placed and length of play recorded against gaming record system/s. Persons other than the registered Goldrush Reward Programme member may not accrue Points on behalf of the member. The afore-going conduct will result in the forfeiting of the Points, Tier Credits or Benefits earned, and it shall form grounds for the termination of membership to Goldrush Rewards Programme.

10.Goldrush Reward Programme tier status is subject to Tier Credits earned. Tier Credits are valid and redeemable for the twelve (12) months from time they were earned and used to determine card status. Tier Credits do not constitute any Benefit and cannot be used for any type of transaction. Card status is reviewed annually based on Tier Credits earned.

11..Reasonable steps will be taken to award Points and Tier Credits for gaming activity on a near real time basis or after the outcome of the bet has been determined (as the case may be). Although Points are non-cashable it is expressed in South African Rand (“ZAR”) for the sake of convenience. Points are valid for a period ending 31 March of every year, after which it expires without any option of accrual towards a new cycle. Goldrush Gaming Group is not obligated to remind Goldrush Reward Programme members of expiring points.

12.Goldrush Gaming Group reserves the right to, amongst other rights, amend or withdraw Goldrush Reward Programme card status, these terms and conditions, Benefits, Points Earning Criteria, Tier Credit criteria, participating entities and third party programme partners in its sole discretion and without prior notice or consultation with Goldrush Reward Programme members. In addition, Goldrush Gaming Group reserves the right to cancel Goldrush Reward Programme at any time by giving reasonable notice.

13.Certain Benefits may be subject to qualifying criteria. The onus shall at all times rest with Goldrush Reward Programme members to ensure that they are aware of the qualifying criteria. Furthermore, Benefits provided by third party programme partners or other participating businesses may be, in addition to the Goldrush Reward Programme terms and conditions, subject to further terms and conditions of the respective third party programme partners or participating businesses.

14.Goldrush Reward Programme cards remains the property of Goldrush Gaming Group at all times. A fee may be levied for replacement or secondary player cards (“Linked Cards”). Secondary player cards for persons wishing to play multiple machines, may be issued, but limited to two (2) cards. In the case where a husband and wife both register the main player will get the first card and the additional card known as the spouse card will be issued to the secondary or lesser player, these cards will be linked for benefit purposes, this is however seen as two (2) cards and no other cards will be issued to the aspiring members.

15.Point and cash value on Bingo Rewards Programme cards are not transferable between Goldrush Bingo units and cards can only be used at the Electronic Bingo Terminals (“EBT’s”) of the licensed Bingo venue/entity where the card was issued.

16.Goldrush Reward Programme cards may be PIN code enabled. Notwithstanding the afore-going security measure, the responsibility to prevent the loss of Benefits, value or Points linked to Goldrush Reward Programme cards (inclusive of Linked Cards) shall, insofar as the Goldrush Reward Programme cards are concerned, shall rest with Goldrush Reward Programme members. The use of Linked Cards are subject to the bingo branch’s discretion especially during peak periods.

17.Points earned via Linked Cards shall accrue to the primary Goldrush Reward Programme card balance and it may only be utilised by the registered member/s.

18.Goldrush Reward Programme members consent to being included in Goldrush’s marketing mailing list, however, such members may elect to opt out of receiving marketing correspondence by using the appropriate links in emails to unsubscribe or replying STOP to a SMS or utilising other means offered by Goldrush Gaming Group to exercise this right, including but not limited to, requesting such opt-out at any participating Goldrush Gaming Group licensed entity. Goldrush Reward Programme members undertake to notify Goldrush Gaming Group of any errant marketing communications received following their opt-out request, bearing in mind that opt-outs may only become effective after a reasonable period following the request.

19.To enable Goldrush Gaming Group to provide premium Benefits through Goldrush Reward Programme it requires up-to-date and correct personal information of its members. Personal information includes the prescribed information falling within the definitions of personal or special personal information as set out in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“Protected Personal Information”). The Protected Personal Information of Goldrush Reward Programme members which Goldrush Gaming Group may process include the following:

a. Names, identity numbers, contact details, addresses, occupations;

b. Information regarding whether Goldrush Reward Programme members are politically exposed or prominent influential persons (“PEP’s”);

c. Preferences and opinions

20.Members give express consent to Goldrush Gaming Group to obtain, process and further process their Protected Personal Information for any lawful purposes relating to the Goldrush Reward Programme members’ participation in Goldrush Reward Programme including to:

a.allow Goldrush Reward Programme members to participate in Goldrush Rewards  Programme;

b.provide premium Benefits through Goldrush Rewards Programme;

c.verify the identity of Goldrush Reward Programme members;

d.process Points and Tier Credits of Goldrush Reward Programme members;

e.monitor and analyse the conduct on Goldrush Reward Programme members’ membership accounts and profile for fraud, compliance and other risk-related purposes;

f.carry out statistical and other analyses to identify potential markets and trends and/or develop new products and services; carry out certain marketing activities as set out in clause 18 above;

21.Furthermore, members agree and consent to Goldrush Gaming Group retaining their Protected Personal Information for such periods as Goldrush Gaming Group may determine is necessary for its legitimate business security and record keeping purposes. Specifically, Goldrush Reward Programme members also give express consent to Goldrush Gaming Group to disclose their Protected Personal Information – any person that provides services (which services may include verifying, updating and processing Protected Personal Information) to Goldrush or acts as Goldrush’s agent or to whom Goldrush Gaming Group have transferred or propose to transfer any of its rights and duties in respect of Goldrush Reward Programme memberships (some of these persons may be located outside of the Republic of South Africa), and share Goldrush Reward Programme members’ Protected Personal Information with Goldrush’s service providers, locally and outside the Republic of South Africa, as necessary. Goldrush may ask persons who provide services to Goldrush to agree to Goldrush’s privacy policies if they need to access any Protected Personal Information to carry out their services;

b. to Goldrush’s legal advisors, financial advisors, auditors or a competent court in legal proceedings; and

c. to any entity which is part of Goldrush’s Group of Companies for purposes related to Goldrush Reward Programme members’ participation in Goldrush Rewards Programme.

22. Protected Personal Information may be updated by Goldrush Reward Programme members online (where applicable) or by visiting participating Goldrush Gaming Group entities. The access to and deletion of Protected Personal Information is subject to processes set out in Goldrush’s Promotion of Access to Information Act (“PAIA”) manual.

23.Goldrush Reward Programme members accept that Goldrush Gaming Group takes reasonable and practical steps to safeguard Protected Personal Information in its possession. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Goldrush Reward Programme members hereby indemnify and absolves, the Goldrush Gaming Group of Companies, its subsidiaries, its employees and agents against any liability, damages and/or legal action whatsoever and howsoever arising, including negligence on the part of the Goldrush Gaming Group of Companies, its subsidiaries, its employees or agents and Goldrush Gaming Group all not accept liability for any damages or any type of loss suffered by Goldrush Reward Programme members when utilising the Goldrush Reward Programme and its Benefits.

24.Programme members acknowledge that it is possible for errors or system malfunctions to occur. In such instances Goldrush Gaming Group reserves the right to adjust Points, Benefits and Tier Credits accrued by Goldrush Reward Programme members in such instances.

25.Goldrush Gaming Group reserves the right to terminate the membership of Goldrush Reward Programme members who breach these terms and conditions or whose conduct, when exercising any Benefit or using any of Goldrush’s facilities, is deemed at its sole discretion to be undesirable.

26.In the event that Goldrush Gaming Group makes any indulgence or deviation of these terms and conditions in favour of Goldrush Reward Programme members, then such indulgence or deviation shall not be misconstrued to be a breach or waiver of these terms and conditions or any rights of Goldrush.

27.The above clauses are severable from each other, and finally, in the event that any clause or part thereof is unenforceable in law, then that clause or part thereof shall be severed from these terms and conditions, and the surviving clauses and parts thereof shall remain in force.

28.Flight Centre terms and conditions will apply when making a booking through the loyalty program.
